30 Days to Decide

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange an item.

What Can Be Returned

• Unused products in original packaging
• Items with all tags attached
• Electronics that have not been opened

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened skincare or beauty products
• Underwear or swimwear
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

Damaged or Wrong Item

If we made a mistake – wrong product or damaged item – email us within 48 hours with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We also cover return shipping.

How to Return

1. Email us your order number and which item you want to return
2. We reply with return address and instructions
3. Pack the item safely in original packaging
4. Ship it back (you pay shipping unless return is our fault)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our fault.

Want a different size or color? Email us. We will guide you. Exchanges are processed faster than returns.
