Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the information you provide is accurate. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

After you place an order, we send you a confirmation email. This does not mean we have accepted your order. We will notify you if there are any issues with payment or stock.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are in US dollars. What you see is what you pay. No hidden fees.

We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

If we accidentally misprice a product, we will tell you before charging your card. You can pay the correct price or cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. Sometimes delays happen due to weather or carriers. We cannot control that.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If your package goes to the wrong address because you typed it wrong, we cannot replace it for free.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days to return unused items in original packaging. Returning shipping is your responsibility unless we made a mistake.

We do not accept returns on used products for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login information private. If someone uses your account without permission, let us know immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laika shall not be liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when this page was last updated.
