Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days after you place them. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Use it to see where your package is.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Sometimes the mail is slow. Weather, holidays, or carrier issues can cause delays. We cannot control that.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Wait 2 more days
- Email us – we will help
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you type it wrong and your package goes somewhere else, we cannot replace it for free. Double check before you order.
